The importance of care
First practices of the season and Theodore Roosevelt’s quote “Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care” is ringing in my head. Service is one of the roles of a coach. I am here to guide, support, and help others see their strengths. The message could get lost if I do not start by showing care.
